feat(ksuid): add Equal and IsZero for ApplyInterfacePtr

StringKSUID and BinaryKSUID now implement ApplyInterface with nil-nil
equality semantics, enabling ApplyInterfacePtr in patch logic. Adds nil
sentinel vars and tests.
