endandCursor 17e978661b feat(wails): set sfxkeeb branding and keycap app icon 
Regenerate platform build assets from config.yml so the app shows as
sfxkeeb in dock, about, and installers. Replace the default Wails icon
with the keycap/speaker artwork and rebuild macOS Assets.car.

endandCursor 57b35ffd08 chore(wails): wire embedded assets and build config 
Use BundledAssetFileServer so production builds serve the Wails runtime
alongside the embedded frontend dist (including kbsim samples copied at
build time). Verified via wails3 task build.

endandCursor f5feefe844 chore(wails): scaffold v3 project boilerplate 
Wails v3 replaces the NPM-only dev entry point. This adds the Go module,
Taskfile, build metadata, and a minimal window shell without touching
frontend logic.
