feat(wails): set sfxkeeb branding and keycap app icon

Browse Source 
Regenerate platform build assets from config.yml so the app shows as
sfxkeeb in dock, about, and installers. Replace the default Wails icon
with the keycap/speaker artwork and rebuild macOS Assets.car.
